Full-time, 5 days per week (including 1 weekend day)We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our high-end retailer, specialising in a luxury product. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in fashion and luxury goods. While previous experience in high-end retail is a plus, it is not essential. A positive attitude, customer focus, and willingness to learn are most important.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with frame selections and provide exceptional service.
- Handle administrative tasks, including phone calls, emails.Â
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor.
- Support the senior team with customer hospitality, such as serving refreshments.
- Assist with stock management and store presentation.
- Potential opportunity to contribute to social media content creation (unboxing videos, product showcases, etc.).
