Are you passionate about delivering first-class customer service and operational excellence in a retail environment? We're working with a well-established and highly-regarded Managing Agent to recruit an Assistant Centre Manager for a busy, vibrant shopping centre in North London.



The Role:

As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the centre, working closely with the Centre Manager to ensure the highest standards of customer experience, tenant engagement, and operational delivery.

You will support with:

  • Overseeing soft and hard service delivery through service partners

  • Coordinating events and community engagement initiatives

  • Ensuring full compliance with health & safety and security procedures

  • Supporting the preparation and management of service charge budgets

  • Building strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and local stakeholders



About You:
