Were hiring for the role of Butchery Manager to head up our 20-strong butchery team across our 3 North London shops. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to take responsibility for the development of the team, our customer base and our product range. Reporting directly to the business owner and working alongside our General Manager the successful applicant will be an excellent butchery technician, be able to demonstrate a record of successful team management, have significant purchasing and negotiating experience, be fully conversant in statutory areas of food hygiene, employment and HACCP and have significant food management experience.
This position will suit an executive head chef looking to move on from late nights, 60-hour weeks and working all weekends.
