Counter Manager, Central London - £27,800

Our client, a leader in luxury wellbeing, is seeking a passionate Concession Manager to join our iconic London store team. If you have a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, a love for luxury and wellbeing, and a desire to enhance our guests' wellbeing, then this role is perfect for you.

  • Lead the overall counter sales, team, and merchandising, ensuring a world-class guest experience at all times.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest wellbeing and luxury retail experience.
  • Work 4 days a week, including a variety of shifts, providing flexibility and a chance to engage with a diverse customer base.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales experience with a keen understanding of customer service in a luxury retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for luxury and wellbeing products, with the ability to convey this passion to customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, to ensure coverage during peak business hours.
