Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire the ladieswear team to provide an outstanding service, truly embodying the brand’s luxury ethos.
  • Drive sales performance and profitability, ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved or surpassed.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensure pristine visual merchandising, and maintain the department’s high standards.
  • Foster the development of your team through coaching and training, helping them to excel and grow professionally.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, curating personalized experiences to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Department Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in luxury or premium ladieswear.
  • A true passion for ladieswear fashion, with deep knowledge of tailoring and styling for an elite clientele.
