Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the ladieswear team to provide an outstanding service, truly embodying the brand’s luxury ethos.
- Drive sales performance and profitability, ensuring KPIs are consistently achieved or surpassed.
- Oversee inventory management, ensure pristine visual merchandising, and maintain the department’s high standards.
- Foster the development of your team through coaching and training, helping them to excel and grow professionally.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, curating personalized experiences to enhance loyalty and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Department Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in luxury or premium ladieswear.
- A true passion for ladieswear fashion, with deep knowledge of tailoring and styling for an elite clientele.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, thriving in a fast-paced and high-pressure luxury retail environment.
