As an Electrical Package Manager, you will oversee the completion of the project cable installation package on large-scale developments.
We are recruiting for: Finland, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.
The successful Electrical Package Manager will be looked after with accommodation, flights and 3 weeks on - 1 week off rotation along with a competitive salary.
Electrical Package Manager Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-standard MV / LV packages to the clients.
- Delegate responsibilities and individual projects to relevant crew members.
- Work daily under pressure to very tight deadlines which will include supervising cable pulling and setting up cable pull routes.
- Instruct crew members in proper work methods and standards.
- Monitor and report project status regularly, keeping it on schedule and within budget.
- Communicate to the team, the strict Company Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements on a daily basis to guarantee compliance.
- Oversee quality standards on site.
- Motivate staff and engage with individuals and teams.
Electrical Package Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience working on similar projects.
- Previous experience in Data Centres
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate with all stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to work in Europe without restriction.
