Role:

Work alongside the Retail Director to manage their flagship store team to deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience at all times.

Ensure the seamless running of the store by working closely with our Retail Manager and HQ departments

Support the online retail platform and create an omni-channel experience.

Act as a brand ambassador helping to educate and excite others

Be a helpful resource for customers to create lasting positive client relationships.

Communicate and drive daily focuses to the team that balance KPIs and brand values.
Requirements:
- Relevant retail supervisory experience.
- Self motivated and always proactive looking for opportunities and markets to promote the brand in
- Ambitious, organised, thoughtful, inquisitive and always excited to help make someone’s day.
- Excels at process and execution with a ‘no-task-too-small’ attitude.
Offering:
- Basic salary - £33,000 - £36,000
- Excellent commisson - 4% on all sales.
