Your Role
As a Floating Branch Manager, you’ll bring your estate agency expertise to branches across Sussex (East/West), covering for holidays, vacancies, and sick leave. Responsibilities include:
- Building client relationships and delivering expert advice as the face of the branch
- Leading and inspiring teams, running morning meetings, and conducting coaching sessions
- Listing properties, supporting vendors in selling their homes for the best price, and strategizing with your team to find the right buyers
- Staying on top of market trends and establishing yourself as a trusted local expert
