As our new Floor Manager you will:
- oversee the everyday operation of the Laddershed ensuring the department is opened on time for each service and to ensure that all closing procedures are followed at the end of the service;
- champion the delivery of outstanding levels of customer service by being professional, engaging, efficient and polite in manner;
- contribute to the training and development of the team, by providing regular feedback on performance, planning training and conducting briefings;
- ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Procedures;
- have excellent attention to detail; and
- be immaculately presented.
The Chiltern Firehouse is an André Balazs Property, a 5 star luxury, boutique hotel and Restaurant in Marylebone. We are part of the intimate collection of Andrés distinctly bespoke hotels that include the iconic Chateau Marmont and the seasonal Sunset Beach in New York.
