Floor Manager - Upscale British Brasserie in West London

Location: Hammersmith
Salary: up to £40,000

We are ideally looking for someone that lives in West London and has a reasonable commute to Hammersmith with good transport links.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and customer service in a high-end, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Assist the management team in overseeing daily operations, including managing rotas, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and training to front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as inventory management, financial reporting, and staff scheduling.
  • Lead by example, ensuring that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
