I'm currently looking to recruit a Floor Manager on behalf of my client, a 2 Rosette modern British restaurant known for its exceptional service and fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service
- Train, mentor, and lead the front-of-house team
- Ensure guest satisfaction, addressing feedback professionally
- Organize staff schedules and manage on-the-floor operations during service
Requirements:
- Experience in fine dining and high-volume restaurant management
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with a customer-focused approach
- A stable career history, demonstrating reliability and dedication
