About the role:
A prestigious members-only club based in the heart of Chelsea, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and creative community, is seeking a skilled Floor Manager to join their team. As the Floor Manager, you will oversee the daily operations on the floor, ensuring exceptional service and smooth running of events and dining services. You will be responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hospitality across all areas of the club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff during daily operations.
- Ensure the floor operates efficiently, resolving any issues swiftly to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the floor to create a welcoming environment for members.
- Support the Restaurant Manager and other department heads in coordinating events and special functions.
- Uphold the clubs values of delivering a seamless, high-end guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal club policies.
About you:
- Proven experience in floor or operations management, ideally within a high-end or members-only club environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills, capable of fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with both staff and guests.
- Organised and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering top-tier guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is a plus, including inventory control and service protocols.
