We are an independent business looking for a vibrant and outgoing Floor Manager to join our team to help take us into our 22nd year. We strive to provide the best hospitality in the area and you should too.
The ideal candidate will have:

- Passion for delivering high standards of service
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Able to take responsibility in manager's absence
- At least 4 years restaurant experience, 2 of which should be at supervisor level
- Be naturally friendly and capable of building relationships with our many regular customers
- Be legally allowed to work in the UK
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing shifts on your own
- Reconciling tills at end of the night
- Mentoring and training new members of staff
- Having a constantly dynamic approach to your work
- Continually setting new standards and improving on current ones, whilst assessing the business on a daily basis
Starting salary is approximately £38,500 made up of base pay and Tronc for a 45hr week which will be reviewed after 6 months. Hours and salary are negotiable and can be discussed at interview.
