Mechnical & Electrical Manager - 250m+ Mised Use
Partnering with aruabaly one of the UK's leading highrise builders we are seeking a M&E Manager with a Mechnical bias to lead the Mechnical delivery of a 250m+ high end mixed use project in Hammersmith, London.

This builder has been setting the standard in high-end mised use developments for the passed50+ years winning multiple awards year to year for the qualityof their work.
Their team is well resourced with industry leading professionals across the board where most have been with the business for 20+ years.
Role:
Due to on going growth they now have a long term position opening for a M&E Manager to join the team on their current flagship project with another major project in the pipeline to transition to following it's completion.
You:
You will ideally have exposure working on major mixed use/residential projects in excess of 100m and bring a track record successfully running Mech packages from inception to completion.
