Pharmacy Quality and Development Manager
North West London, NW10

  • Part time, 3 days (22.5 hours) per week
  • Fixed term contract until 31st December 2025
  • £45,000 - £50,000 per annum pro rata

The Role

As the Pharmacy Quality and Development Manager, you'll be a cornerstone of our clients Regulatory Team, ensuring they meet and exceed professional standards across their network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Compliance and Standards: Maintain the Quality System, uphold GPhC standards, and ensure inspection readiness across all premises.
  • Manage Policies and Procedures: Develop, update, and train staff on SOPs, policies, and audits, with proper documentation.
  • Conduct Audits and Assessments: Perform site audits, manage clinical risk assessments, and ensure legal and prescribing quality compliance.
  • Drive Quality Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in pharmacy services while fostering collaboration for enhanced safety and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

Theyre looking for someone passionate about maintaining high standards in pharmacy practices and with a strong eye for detail. About you:

  • GPhC-registered pharmacist or technician.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in community or hospital pharmacy.
  • Experience in a quality environment (advantageous).
  • Strong commitment to maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
