Project Coordinator - retail

Our retail client are looking for a Programme and Project Coordinator to join them on an initial 6 month contract basis.

This role will be working on a shop optimisation project aimed at radically transforming one of their flagship stores. The project will involve relocating departments, introducing new 3rd part services and hospitality concession, doing some merchandising work and expanding commercial propositions. They will be introducing new brands and giving the shop a refresh.

Accountabilities of this role

  • Work with the project manager to create and maintain project controls and plans
  • Set up, manage and take minutes and actions in key project meetins
  • Support/lead on the financial set up of the project - working with the PMO
  • Tun and Summarise Financial reporting and work with PM to monitor and track against forecasts - seeking to explain variances
  • Support with dependency, action and decision management - ensuring docs are maintained to a high standard
