Key Responsibilities the Store Manager:
- Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the store meets all company standards for cleanliness, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and monitor procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor sales targets and work to achieve and exceed them.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and daily reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The Right Store Manager
- Previous experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a health-focused or fast-casual environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutritious food.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
