Key Responsibilities the Store Manager:

  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and sales performance.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure the store meets all company standards for cleanliness, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor procedures to maximize efficiency and profitability.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Monitor sales targets and work to achieve and exceed them.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and daily reconciliations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Drive local marketing initiatives to increase store visibility and sales.

The Right Store Manager

  • Previous experience in retail or food service management, preferably in a health-focused or fast-casual environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and nutritious food.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
