The Ideal Store Manager
- Confident in stock management budgeting and P&L control.
- Committed to training and developing a team
- Maintain exceptional standards whilst providing quality food and an outstanding guest experience.
- Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Passion for excellent food and for leading an equally fantastic team
- You will have total responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day management of your store
- Always leading by example
- Deliver a product in line with company ethos and vision.
