We are looking for someone to join their new South West London Boutique as store Manager. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Supervisor looking to take the next step into managing your own small boutique with a small team to nurture. You will be passionate about service as building relationships with the local community will be key for this brand and boutique.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards across the store.
  • Executes and complies with all company policies and procedures.
  • You will oversee the security of the store.
  • Network in the local area and work with the marketing team to raise awareness of store and develop potential partnerships
  • Analysing store performance level reports and creating action plans to improve results.
  • Liaising with Brand owner and head office merch team on a regular basis
  • Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control
  • Ensuring that promotions, sales and merchandising instructions are carried out to expected standards
  • Work to build CRM system and plan how this will be utilised
  • Drive performance and sales through a luxury, personalised experience and service
  • Work on strategies to upsell and increase the sales
  • Putting targets in place and following through in order for them to be met
  • Provide direct management to the small team
  • Manage the staff rota
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers and colleagues
  • Work autonomously and passionately taking pride in everything you do
  • Manage all payment processes and cash flow


Person Specification:

  • Desire to take responsibility of a small boutique
  • Able to show initiative, have ideas to improve store performance
  • Able to lead by example
  • You will be self-motivated
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Be passionate about the experience delivered to the customer
  • Experience working in fashion, both MW and WW experience ideal but not essential
  • Working within the store team, you will possess strong product knowledge, provide excellent customer service, and have great attention to detail.
