A well established hair and beauty chain are recruiting a Store Manager for their flagship London store near Oxford Street. As Store Manager you will be responsible for managing, coaching and developing a team of Store Assistants who are driven to deliver high operational standards and become experts in the field of sales and service. You are responsible for ensuring a fully operational and compliant store at all levels. 

Core accountabilities:

  • Coach & develop team members to high levels of service and selling skills
  • Promote multi- channel sales propositions.
  • Managing and motivating store team to deliver targets
  • Identifying opportunities in store to grow sales
  • Identifying opportunities outside of store to grow sales and acquire customers
  • Recruiting, developing and growing of store team
  • Implement adequate plans to ensure fully staffed store appropriate to work and customer demands
  • Optimising customer experience
  • Effective management and control of damages and defectives
  • Building strong working relationships across stores
  • Ensuring high level of stock accuracy & inventory control
  • Ensuring full compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and relevant legal requirements

Please note this role will be a 40 hour working week, including working weekends. There is the potential to earn bonus in this position and lots of space to grow within the company if you wish.
