Our Store Manager ensures smooth operation of the store, inspires and leads a dynamic retail team in providing exquisite customer service, by promoting carpo philosophy, culture and standards.
As Store Manageryou will be responsible for ensuring all customers have a memorable first impression when they enter carpo. You will be passionate about customer service, who leads a team by example and loves going the extra mile to make sure our customers leave wanting to come back again and again.
Daily life at carpo
Planning and overseeing the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service, while maintaining and reflecting carpos core values and philosophy
Dealing with customer complaints and sharing feedback with the leadership team on site as well as in Greece.
Managing stock levels and overseeing all areas of the store to ensure that they are well maintained at all times
Leading the team in driving all store activities and using the expertise and knowledge to grow sales and maximize profit.
Coaching the team to be passionate and knowledgeable about all products in the store, to continue building the brand reputation and providing customers with the right range, quality and service to ensure they keep coming back.
Supporting Head Quarters by implementing promotional campaigns
Ensuring efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rules, and schedules
Supporting with the recruitment processes and training staff with the support of HR and inhouse trainers.
Onboarding new starters, motivating the team, and reviewing their progress
Conducting performance reviews and appraisals
Maintaining detailed and accurate payroll related data and checks
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation including health and safety standards
Ensuring the store is always trading legally by coaching the team to use all security tools available to provide a safer place to work.
