Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Manage store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and health and safety compliance.
• Train, develop, and support your team to enhance performance and promote internal growth.
• Maintain high standards of retail presentation, ensuring the store is always visually appealing.
• Drive performance under pressure, managing busy periods and adapting to changes in customer demand.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and KPIs to ensure the store remains on track to meet targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or supervisory role in a retail environment, preferably from a fast-paced or discount retail background.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
