As the Store Manager of this flagship retail store, you'll be responsible for leading the daily operations, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire your team to hit sales targets, operational goals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage all aspects of store operations, from stock control and merchandising to health and safety compliance.
• Support and develop your team, driving performance and internal growth.
• Maintain high retail standards in store presentation, ensuring a visually appealing and customer-focused environment.
• Stay agile in managing busy periods and adapting to fluctuating customer demand.
• Monitor and report on sales, stock levels, and KPIs to ensure the store stays on track and achieves its targets.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Store Manager or similar retail management role, ideally within fast-paced or high-volume retail environments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a hands-on, high-pressure retail setting.
• Thrives in a fast-moving retail environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and remain calm under pressure.
• Highly organised, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
