?? Customer Excellence & Sales Growth
- Motivate and lead your team to exceed targets and deliver top-tier service
- Drive a strong customer-first culture across the store
- Maintain awareness of local market trends and competitors
?? Profitability & Cost Control
- Manage store budget, payroll, and cost efficiencies
- Monitor and improve stock profitability
- Oversee security and loss prevention measures
?? Stock, Merchandising & Store Standards
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
- Maintain stockroom standards and compliance
- Keep the store image polished, welcoming, and inspiring
?? People Development & Team Leadership
- Inspire, coach, and develop your team through hands-on leadership
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff progression
- Oversee recruitment needs and staffing levels to optimize performance
?? Health & Safety / Administration
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies
- Manage store banking, payroll, and admin tasks with accuracy
- Maintain company confidentiality and adhere to internal policies
?What Were Looking For:
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of store management experience in a fast-paced retail setting
- Strong understanding of stock control, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Fully IT literate with working knowledge of MS Office
