We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Store Manager. This is your chance to join a multiple award winning and fastest growing self-storage provider in the UK. Offering state of the art facilities and well known for their luxury/premium storage facility across London.

What You Can Expect

  • Location - London Staples Corner & London New Southgate
  • Salary - £30,000 - £42,000 with OTE of £50,000
  • Work type - Permanent

Main Responsibilities as a Store Manager

  • Running the store and ensuring efficient restock and minimising stockouts.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Greeting customers as they enter store and providing consultive advice based on the customer needs.
  • Managing the phone, dealing with customers queries, and providing expert advice.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail) - ideally in self-storage environment.
  • Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial. - or able to be on the phone regularly to support.
  • Seamlessly transition between telesales and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
  • Must live within a 30-minute commute of the store.
