We are currently working on behalf of our trusted client who are looking for a Store Manager. This is your chance to join a multiple award winning and fastest growing self-storage provider in the UK. What You Can Expect
- Location - London Staples Corner & London New Southgate
- Salary - £30,000 - £42,000 with OTE of £50,000
- Work type - Permanent
Main Responsibilities as a Store Manager
- Running the store and ensuring efficient restock and minimising stockouts.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Greeting customers as they enter store and providing consultive advice based on the customer needs.
- Managing the phone, dealing with customers queries, and providing expert advice.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience managing and coaching a sales team in a consultative sales environment (not retail) - ideally in self-storage environment.
- Telesales Advantage: Prior telesales experience is highly beneficial. - or able to be on the phone regularly to support.
- Seamlessly transition between telesales and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style as needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management.
- Must live within a 30-minute commute of the store.
