Senior Store Manager

? Have previous experience managing a medium/large/flagship team, within a fashion retail environment.
? Set high standards in customer experience, visual merchandising, and store profitability.
?Take ownership of store performance, making commercial decisions that drive results.? Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the brand values and culture are brought to life every day.? Have strong organization and communication skills and proven retail management experience.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-Day
- Drive commercial success - Lead by example to achieve strong sales results through exceptional customer experience, visual merchandising, and product performance.
- Maximize efficiency & productivity - Oversee store operations, manage payroll budgets, and enhance team performance.
- Develop & inspire your team - Coach and mentor your management team, supporting their career progression and leadership growth.
- Lead from the shop floor - This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves being at the heart of retail, engaging with customers, and motivating their team.
