The Role – Key Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager and Deputy Manager with staff rotas, shift arrangements, absences, and sick leaves management
Oversee and supervise day-to-day operations of all departments including distributing the workload evenly and that motivation and performance levels are maintained.
Support Store Manager and Deputy Manager to ensure the store operations are kept at the Company’s standards, acts on behalf of the Store Management Team when the Store Manager and Deputy Manager is absent.
Ensure all staff members are trained and compliant with EPOS guidelines
Ensure the store is organised, clean and attractive to customers at all times.
