The role and profile:

Candidate must come from a supervisor or team-leading role
Ideal background luxury clothing with over 3 years of retail experience
High understanding of CRM and implementation
Assist with regular client appointments in store
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Managing a team size of 8
Reporting to the Store Director and Assistant manager
Working closely with the operation team, customer service, and front-of-house team
Managing Rotas, with excellent skills in administrative tasks
Conduct team meetings, and provide daily / trade reports
Being the key holder of the business, opening and closing store
Ensure cash flows and boutique banking are done correctly
