The role and profile:

  • Candidate must come from a supervisor or team-leading role
  • Ideal background luxury clothing with over 3 years of retail experience
  • High understanding of CRM and implementation
  • Assist with regular client appointments in store  
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Managing a team size of 8
  • Reporting to the Store Director and Assistant manager
  • Working closely with the operation team, customer service, and front-of-house team
  • Managing Rotas, with excellent skills in administrative tasks
  • Conduct team meetings, and provide daily / trade reports
  • Being the key holder of the business, opening and closing store
  • Ensure cash flows and boutique banking are done correctly
