Our client is a well-known brand that provides popular fresh food items to a massive number of eager customers. Service and experience are vital to this organisation, which regularly experiences long queues. In this fast-paced environment, the objective is to ensure the customer enjoys the end product and feels compelled to return and tell their friends.

We are seeking a customer-facing professional who is used to working in busy eateries as well as supervising staff within the location to ensure the daily goals are explained and achieved and that any immediate issues are resolved quickly and effectively, reporting back to HQ with the news they need to know about.
