Showroom Supervisor, Luxury Interiors, Chelsea Harbour

Up to £40 - 50,000, depending on experience

Our client is a prestigious, high end, luxury interiors company and are seeking a highly motivated, well presented and meticulous Showroom Supervisor to oversee daily operations. As the Showroom Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the showroom, delivering exceptional client service to high end clientele, and supporting the sales team in meeting business goals. You will be responsible for overseeing a small team, fostering client relationships and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This is a jack of all trades role and needs a self starter who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate will have experience in an interiors product showroom, strong leadership skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. They will also be highly organised with strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience within the design industry is preferred and an understanding of how to represent a high end brand. You will be part of a small but close knit team where everyone’s opinion and professional development is valued. The role is showroom based 5 days per week in Chelsea Harbour so living within an easily commutable distance is required.
