Our London City branch are now seeking an experienced and motivated Trade Counter Supervisor to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Up to £28,715.70 per annum + training + bonus + career progression

Role Overview:
As the Trade Counter Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the trade counter, ensuring smooth workflow, outstanding customer service, and a well-organized environment. This role is ideal for an individual with leadership skills, product knowledge, and a passion for driving sales and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the trade counter.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with product selection and order inquiries
• Maintain and organise stock displays and inventory, ensuring a well-presented trade counter
• Handle customer transactions, order processing, and inventory management

• Experience in a trade counter, retail, or wholesale environment .
• Knowledge of electrical products or a willingness to learn
• Customer service and communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
