Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical systems? My client who are one of the world’s largest development and construction companies, is looking for a talented Multi Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our property maintenance team in West Central London.

Your Role
As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:
- Service and maintain electrical infrastructure.
- Handle breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Conduct subcontractor inductions and manage work assignments.
- Respond to reactive calls and complete PPMs.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate logbooks and records.
What We’re Looking For
- Recognised apprenticeship and City & Guild NVQ level 3 minimum in Electrical.
- Experience with Simmtronic lighting systems and client relationships.
- Knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems.
- IOSH Working Safely certification and Confined Space Training.
