Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical systems? My client who are one of the world’s largest development and construction companies, is looking for a talented Multi Skilled Engineer with an Electrical Bias to join our property maintenance team in West Central London.

Your Role

As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will:

  • Service and maintain electrical infrastructure.
  • Handle breakdown maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
  • Conduct subcontractor inductions and manage work assignments.
  • Respond to reactive calls and complete PPMs.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and records.

What We’re Looking For

  • Recognised apprenticeship and City & Guild NVQ level 3 minimum in Electrical.
  • Experience with Simmtronic lighting systems and client relationships.
  • Knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems.
  • IOSH Working Safely certification and Confined Space Training.
