I am working with a state-of-the-art in-house function who are actively recruiting for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer to be the face of day-to-day maintenance operations on a commercial site in London.

Duties

  • Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
  • AHUs/FCUs - filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
  • Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
  • Motors - PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
  • Water treatment
  • Boilers - fault finding and reactive maintenance
  • VRV/VAV/VRF - filter changes, condenser changes, re-gasing
  • Plumbing - washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
  • Planned and reactive maintenance

Requirements

  • C&G/NVQ Level 3 in mechanical or electrical installations
  • Min. 3 years building services maintenance experience
  • Willingness to tackle electrical, mechanical and plumbing issues on site
