The maintenance company are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.The successful electrically biased engineer will have all the opportunities to develop and progress within the business offering a exciting opportunity. The Foot Mobile role will be covering both tenant and landlord maintenance contracts across London, covering both PPMs and reactive works on commercial sites. - PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards, Generators, Fire Alarm Tests, AHUs, FCUs, Air Conditioning, Sprinkler Systems, Motors, Pumps, Belts, BMS Operation
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
Salary and Benefits
- £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
- Zones 1 & 2 Travel card
- Monday to Friday, 8-5
- 25 days holiday
