Your primary duties will include: - **Maintenance Tasks**: Conducting electrical and mechanical maintenance on process machinery such as ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging equipment. - **Breakdown Response**: Addressing both electrical and mechanical breakdowns efficiently. - **Preventative Maintenance**: Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) to ensure equipment reliability. - **Technical Expertise**: Exposure to PLCs is recommended, as well as an understanding of root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.  Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a multi-skilled engineering background, preferably with an electrical bias. While experience within the food sector is advantageous, it is not essential.
