Power BI Developer - Housing Repairs Project

Location: London Borough (Hybrid - Remote with 1 Day Per Week Onsite)

Rate: £450 per day (Inside IR35)

This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference by streamlining and modernising housing repairs reporting processes.

The Role:

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a critical role in migrating housing repairs data into Power BI and creating automated reporting solutions. This will empower managers to access real-time insights, improving decision-making and operational efficiency across the Housing department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand housing repairs data requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards tailored to the Housing department.
  • Automate data pipelines and reporting processes for real-time insights.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
  • Train relevant staff to effectively use the Power BI reporting solutions.

Essential Experience:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, delivering solutions within a Housing department in a Local Government, Council, or Housing Association setting.
  • A strong track record of working with housing repairs data or similar datasets in a public sector context.
  • Excellent technical expertise in Power BI, DAX, and SQL, including data modelling and automation.
  • A deep understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.
