Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as an AV Installations Engineer to be cover the Home Counties?

This role is offered on a full-time basis and you will be subject to an enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks.

You will leverage your experience in education or similar environments to provide cutting-edge solutions for Classroom AV, wireless, and cabling technologies.

Main Duties of the Role

  • Conduct site surveys and create comprehensive, cost-effective recommendations based on each school’s unique requirements.
  • Lead and manage projects focused on installing wireless equipment, network infrastructure, interactive screens, boards, and projector systems.
  • Oversee the cabling needs for schools, ensuring efficient and reliable setups.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to AV systems and networking.
  • Install hardware in new school sites, ensuring all equipment is up to the highest standards.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within a similar position (ideally within education)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical understanding of cabling, wireless systems, network infrastructure, and AV hardware.
  • CSCS cardholder status is desirable but not essential.
  • Full UK Driving License essential
