You will be part of a dynamic team, working with prestigious clients and troubleshooting issues with the latest smart home and AV technologies across London.The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong understanding of Audio Visual systems and IT networking.
- Experience with Control4, Crestron, or similar systems is essential.
- Comfortable with troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues independently.
- Motivated by career progression and continuous learning.
- Enjoys working in a client-facing role, providing high-quality service and technical support.
The Role Includes:
- Providing both proactive and reactive on-site support for AV and smart home systems.
- Troubleshooting and resolving network and system issues.
- Performing maintenance, system updates, and component replacements where necessary.
- Working independently in the field to service high-end residential properties across London.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project completion.
