ICP Search has partnered with the global leader of audiovisual services, specialising in creating unique and memorable event experiences. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and technical experience to ensure flawless event execution.
We are seeking an Audiovisual Technician to set up and operate audiovisual systems for events, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to a technical supervisor or manager.
Technicians will be assigned to a venue within London and work onsite.
Evening and Weekend work occassionally required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, test, maintain, and repair equipment before events.
- Ensure flawless event execution with timely setup, operation, and breakdown.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Comply with company safety measures and wear appropriate PPE.
- Work as part of a team on larger projects.
Customer Service:
- Exceed customer expectations through effective communication.
- Meet with clients to ensure their needs are met and equipment is working.
- Monitor events and check in on customers.
Technical Skills:
- Demonstrate basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Handle equipment challenges professionally and promptly.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent preferred.
