We are seeking an Audiovisual Technician to set up and operate audiovisual systems for events, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role reports to a technical supervisor or manager.

Technicians will be assigned to a venue within London and work onsite.

Evening and Weekend work occassionally required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, test, maintain, and repair equipment before events.
  • Ensure flawless event execution with timely setup, operation, and breakdown.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Comply with company safety measures and wear appropriate PPE.
  • Work as part of a team on larger projects.

Customer Service:

  • Exceed customer expectations through effective communication.
  • Meet with clients to ensure their needs are met and equipment is working.
  • Monitor events and check in on customers.

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrate basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Handle equipment challenges professionally and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent preferred.
