About the Role:As an Adult Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and engage in activities.
  • Promoting independence and empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals.
  • Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks.
  • Administering medication
  • Providing emotional support and building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with CQC standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • An enhanced DBS that is registered on the update service
  • A minimum of 1 years UK experience working in a similar setting
