The Role

As an Adult Support Worker, you will:

路 Provide tailored support to meet the individual needs of adults in our care.

路 Assist with daily activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

路 Encourage and promote independence by supporting life skills and social activities.

路 Build positive relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence.

路 Manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

路 Ensure all care and support aligns with CQC standards and safeguarding protocols.

What We're Looking For

路 Individuals who are dedicated to supporting adults to achieve their full potential.

路 Must have previous experience in a care or support role or a CQC regulated setting

路 Understanding on CQC standards and procedures

路 Are resilient, patient, and adaptable to varying needs and situations.

Requirements:

路 Must have an enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to obtain one.

路 NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this.

路 Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
