Adult Support worker - Full time and part time hours - Brent area - NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care desirable

Our client offers flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle, including early shifts from 06:45 to 14:35, day shifts from 08:00 to 15:50, and afternoon/evening shifts from 14:10 to 22:00 or 14:35 to 22:15. With part-time options starting from 18 hours per week and full-time roles available up to 36 hours per week, there's flexibility to meet your needs.

As a support worker, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently and achieve their personal goals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration. You'll promote social inclusion by encouraging participation in activities and community engagement, provide emotional support, and help foster positive relationships. Working as part of a team, you'll contribute to creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
