We are looking for caring, compassionate, and enthusiastic Children's Domiciliary Support Workers to join our dedicated team. As a CQC-regulated service, we provide high-quality, person-centred care to children with a variety of needs.

As a Children's Domiciliary Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide personal care, emotional support, and companionship tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, medication management, and personal care.
  • Support children with complex needs, disabilities, or additional health conditions, enabling them to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
  • Encourage participation in recreational activities, education, and community engagement.
  • Work closely with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Experience in a similar role or working with children with additional needs (preferred but not essential).
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this qualification).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible, empathetic, and proactive approach to care.
  • A minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children in a residential setting or similar
