The Role

As a Children's Support Worker, you will:

  • Provide care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational activities.
  • Build trusting relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence.
  • Promote independence and life skills through engaging and meaningful activities.
  • Support children in managing their emotions and behaviors positively.
  • Ensure all care meets CQC standards and adheres to safeguarding protocols.

What We're Looking For

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children and young people
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

  • An enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service
  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or must be willing to work towards one
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
