Our CQC-regulated services offer a nurturing environment for children with specific needs, e.g., learning disabilities, autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring their well-being, development, and safety are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
As a Children's Support Worker, you will:
路 Provide care and support tailored to the individual needs of each child.
路 Assist with daily routines, including personal care, meal preparation, and educational activities.
路 Build trusting relationships to foster emotional well-being and confidence.
路 Promote independence and life skills through engaging and meaningful activities.
路 Support children in managing their emotions and behaviors positively.
路 Ensure all care meets CQC standards and adheres to safeguarding protocols.
What We're Looking For
路 A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
路 Must have a minimum of 1 years UK experience working with children and young people
路 Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
路 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
路 An enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service
路 NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or must be willing to work towards one
路 Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
