We are seeking an experienced Children and Family Worker for a 3 month temporary contract to support mothers and children at a Women's Refuge in West London. You will provide trauma-informed care, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for families to heal and thrive.

Your role will include facilitating family activities, offering parenting guidance, supporting children’s education, and working closely with mums and external agencies to deliver holistic support. By empowering families to rebuild relationships and overcome challenges, you’ll help them achieve stability and independence. Someone who worked in a primary school or Education might be a good fit for this type of role.

This role involves shift work including early, middle and late shifts from Mondays to Fridays and also one Saturday per month.
