We are currently seeking compassionate Children Residential Workers to join our respected client on the Channel Islands. This is an excellent opportunity to support individuals across a range of needs, primarily older adults, while enjoying the unique and picturesque environment of the islands.

Key Requirements:
- Driving Licence + Car on the island (essential for travel between clients' homes)
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childrens Health and Social Care
- Proven experience in community care, with a preference for those with a background in domiciliary care or supported living
- Valid DBS on the update service
- 2 references from the past 12 months (for compliance purposes)
