A Primary school in Greenwich who have consistently been in top 1% of schools nationwide for the last 10 years is looking to bolster its support staff by adding up to 3 new Communication Learning Support Assistants who the school will train across general and SEN responsibilities.

More about the Communication Learning Support Assistant role:
- You will run 1:1 and small group interventions for students
- Supporting children in EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with their communication needs
- Supporting students with SEN in and out of class
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Supporting students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties

Person Specification - Communication Learning Support Assistant
- Must hold a degree at 1st class or 2:1
- Strong academics at GCSE and A-Level
- Confident, proactive and bubbly
- Calm and Compassionate
- Strong communication skills
