Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of disabled children, young people, and their families? We are looking for a dedicated Family Support and Review Practitioner (FSRP) to join our dynamic team, working to ensure that children and families receive the support they need to thrive.

As an FSRP, you will play a vital role in managing Child in Need (CIN) plans, supporting families through emotional and practical challenges, and helping them navigate personal budgets and support services. You'll be part of a collaborative network of professionals, ensuring that every child's needs are met through tailored, outcome-focused plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organise and lead Child in Need (CIN) reviews, gathering input from families and professionals to assess progress and update goals.
  • Work directly with families to develop personalised, SMART goals and identify suitable support services.
  • Provide practical guidance on personal budgets, including direct payments, prepaid cards, and managed accounts.
  • Offer emotional and practical support to families facing challenges such as poverty, mental health issues, domestic violence, or language barriers.
  • Respond to crises promptly by coordinating support or accessing additional funding.
  • Collaborate with professionals and services to ensure families can access the resources they need.
