Our client is seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Support Worker to join their Children's Centre team, delivering Early Help support within Children's Services. This full-time role (25 hours per week) involves working directly with families to provide practical and emotional support, helping them overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Support families facing challenges such as parenting difficulties, housing issues, or financial hardship.
?? Deliver interventions to promote child development and family stability.
?? Provide one-to-one and group-based support in homes, community settings, and children's centres.
?? Work collaboratively with schools, health services, and social care professionals.
?? Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding processes.
What We're Looking For:
?? Proven experience in a family support, safeguarding, or early intervention role.
?? Strong understanding of Early Help services and multi-agency working.
